On the occasion of the 18th edition of the Winter Cup, the Kosmic Kart Racing Department is attending the event in KF category with Armand Convers, Nicklas Nielsen, Luca Corberi and Andrea Russo. Andrea Russo is an emerging driver who will enrich the prestigious team managed by Olivier Marechal. At the Winter Cup we will have the chance to see the debut of the Italian driver with the Kosmic Kart colours. Kosmic Kart Racing Department is once more confirming to be the suitable breeding ground to train young talented drivers such as Nielsen, Corberi and Russo. Moreover, Convers is also a tutor to help these drivers growing. Winter Cup timetable.

On the occasion of the next Winter Cup of Lonato the Kosmic Kart Racing Department’s team will be at the track with all its drivers. The traditional event of the beginning of season will host our four official drivers of KF category. After the excellent debut at La Conca with the WSK Master, Armand Convers and Nicklas Nielsen will be now at the track with very young teammates of unquestionable value, they are the Italian drivers Luca Corberi and Andrea Russo.
Corberi, as we always remind, is the winner of the CIK World Cup for KF3 (today called KF Junior) and he is also the son of the owner of the well-known South Garda Circuit. So the Winter Cup will be a particular event to him, on the occasion of which he will have his debut in KF category, not considering the fleeting and brief appearance he made at the end of 2012 in KF2 category.
The 18th edition of the Winter Cup will also be the debut of Andrea Russo, as official driver of the Kosmic Kart Racing Department. Russo, 16 year-old-driver living in Milan, experienced attending several Rok Cup championships (www.rokcup.com), gaining many competitions and conquering the Rok Cup Italy title in 2010 (Mini Rok category) and the Rok Cup International Final in 2011 (Junior Rok category). Russo also attended the Italian ACI-CSAI Championship, as well as the WSK and CIK events. Having the opportunity to run for such an educational and exciting team as our Racing Department is, represents to him a turning point in his sporting career. Introducing Russo, the Kosmic Kart is thus enriching its team already made up of important drivers, such as Nielsen and Corberi. A high-level tutor-driver, Armand Convers, giving them a further incentive to grow, will support all drivers.  
The 18th edition of the Winter Cup will officially begin on Thursday 14th of February with the free practices. On Friday, from 12.50pm there will be the eliminatory heats, while in the afternoon and during the whole Saturday a long list of heats is scheduled. On Sunday 17th pre-finals and finals will be run for the assignment of the International trophy.
