The World Cup of KF1 category is starting in Japan. The Kosmic Racing Department is very well represented by the only woman at the starting grid, the good driver Tereza Gromanova and by the Japanese Daiki Sasaki.
In KF2 category the Asia Pacific title will be assigned, the first title of the CIK Championship 2012. Our drivers Ippolito and Nielsen begin with very good opportunities to run a good race. All our drivers can count on top level material, very competitive one and on a very experienced team.
The season of KF category is now in its full progress with the first round of KF1 category’s World Championship and with the competition assigning the Asia Pacific title in KF2 class. The track involved for this important and double CIK-FIA event will be the Japanese track of Suzuka.  The circuit is inside the Honda motorsport park, in the same area as the F1 motor racing track. It is 1,264 metres long and it has a mixture of fast paths and slow bends.

The Kosmic Kart Racing Department is very well represented in both categories. In the master class, KF1, we will give our Mercury chassis powered by Vortex engines to the young European driver Tereza Gromanova (n.6), at her second world experience. Our second driver is the valid Japanese driver Daiki Sasaki (n.4).
The World Championship will award a prize to the best driver out of both events, first of which is this Suzuka event and the second is scheduled for the next 20th of October at Macao, another Asian track.
The format of both world events is the same as last year’s, four competitions in one weekend, two on Saturday and two on Sunday, all valid for the assignment of scores. The starting grid for the first Saturday and Sunday competitions will be defined in the qualifying heats. As for the second competitions, the starting grid will be completed according to the arrivals of the first day’s race.
At Suzuka also the first CIK-FIA title of the season will be assigned, the Asia Pacific of KF2 category. We have very good chances to obtain good results in this category, too, thanks to technical excellent settings and also thanks to our experienced drivers.
We will have at the track the Italian Paolo Ippolito (n.106) and the Danish Nicklas Nielsen (107), which have been engaged with our colours since the beginning of the season.
Furthermore we will have in Japan the Thai driver Tanaporn Nokkaew (n.117) and the Australian Jake Spencer (n.120).
Several are also the teams employing our chassis: Kosmic Kart Racing Japan with Nirei Fukuzumi (n.125), Kart Kzo Racing with Kazumi Osaka (n.116) and the British Kartronix  team with Andrew Tang (n.109).
