Convers gets on the podium of KZ1 twice, winning a third and a second position and gets closer to the podium of the general classification. Groman is more and more involved in the fight against the best drivers of KZ1 category. In KF2 class Nielsen and Ippolito recover after a difficult qualifying heat, demanding also for a heavy rain. In KF3 category our technical material perfectly works however unlucky events (accidents) prevent us to obtain winning results, except for the scores gained by Corberi.

Positive weekend in the cadet category, KZ1, for both our drivers ready to take advantage at best the technical material the team put at their disposal.
In the first final Armand Convers got on the podium gaining the third step and Zdenek Groman ended in ninth position entering the scoring area.
The main final on Sunday was even better and Convers took the second position, showing off Mercury’s competitiveness powered by Vortex engines. Convers fought a lot against the winner, Pex, obtaining also the best lap of the final with  50.764.
Groman’s competition was unlucky, run in the top position, but stopped at the end.
Thanks to the double podium, Convers could achieve 51 scores in the general classification, fifth position, in the middle of the fight for the podium.

In KF2 class both Nicklas Nielsen and Paolo Ippolito took the first ten positions during the heats, apart from some events they had been involved in.
Both our drivers were able to recover in the pre-final, and reached the first ten positions signing the best timings ever. Ippolito ended with a eight position while Nielsen eleventh.
Ippolito recovered after a bad start and could finally run a good race, taking the seventh position.

La KF3 is confirming to be such a category where the start and the very first rounds are at high risk of accident.
It is just a collision during the heats that prevented Luca Corberi from working well. After a second position in the first heat was forced to place twentieth in the second qualifying heat, because of an accident.
Corberi did not lose heart and recovered with coldness both in the pre-final, ended in tenth position and in the final, ninth, despite the rupture of the brake disk at the start which took him into one more collision.

Armand Convers – KZ1 Kosmic Kart Racing Department’s driver
“I am satisfied with the results and scores obtained and of the two performances. I ran in the top positions in the whole weekend and luckily I was not involved in any accident. I could make an attempt on Pex, but I lost time in the very first moments of the race and for this reason I could not do it later. I signed the best lap in race and this is one more thing who is demonstrating how much we were fast. The material is competitive and anything works better and better, race after race. This gives me strength for the next engagement, the European and all the competitions until the end of the season. We are doing a good work and we are aware that with this high-level material we can run in the front.”
