At the end of the WSK Master Series the first exam for the Kosmic Kart Racing Department has come to the end. At the International 7 Laghi circuit none of our drivers could get on the podium, however in all three categories our drivers were engaged,  the performances showed to be top-level.
Luca Corberi gained the pole and won all the heats and the KF3 category’s pre-final, while Alessio Piccini was steadily in the very first positions.
Paolo Ippolito and Nicklas Nielsen showed off in KF2 class.
In the high level fight occurred in KZ1 category, Armand Convers is always considered to be one of the best drivers and Zdenek Groman is more and more rising amongst the top drivers, too.

KF3 – The weekend proved to be satisfactory for Luca Corberi and Alessio Piccini. Our drivers of the master class did a very good work in all the heats. Corberi, after gaining this excellent pole position, did not get any penalties, and could achieve a great success in the heats.
Alessio Piccini came to the light always running in the top five positions during the heats and ran close to his teammate in the pre-final A. Corberi won this last race, too and Piccini got the fourth position.
After this encouraging beginning unfortunately our drivers could not reach good results in the final. Corberi at the starting grid got uncertain and lose some positions, he was then forced to abandon any chance to get on the podium. Piccini did even worse; due to a collision at the start, his Mercury chassis was damaged and had to fight during the whole race.
As for the Final ranking, Corberi could achieve the fifth position thanks to the 43 scores gained. Piccini ended the WSK Master in tenth position, in his growing path.

KF2 – Ippolito and Nielsen were very fast in the qualifying, showing their skills and their chassis’ performances as well. In the heats both of them were very competitive but they could not avoid the inconveniences that made them miss the very first positions. Ippolito won a heat and got the second position twice. Unfortunately, an electrical inconvenience in the final heat prevent our Italian driver to gain the starting grid’s first rows.
Nielsen, after an accident occurred during the first heat, had to withdraw but he then was able to recover, and with always top-performances he could reach a second and a third position.
In the pre-final both drivers proved to be able to gain scores and put the basis for running a final at top-levels. Nielsen and Ippolito obtained the eight and the ninth position, respectively.
Unfortunately the final was no so full of satisfaction and, even though the high potential, Nielsen achieved the seventh position, at the end of a quite difficult competition with a lot of little collisions.
Ippolito was hardly hit at the sixth round by a rival, during the fight for the top positions and was therefore forced to withdraw.

KZ1 – This category has now reached very high levels of competitiveness and Zdenek Groman is more and more close to the best performances. Our young driver that, we wish to remind, had his début in this difficult category this year, race after race is more and more growing.
Groman obtained in both rounds good positions, ending the final-1 in tenth position and the final-2 in eleventh’.
Armand Convers brightly fought in the first positions, thanks to the good set-up of the chassis. The French driver ran strongly and in the first heat of Saturday got involved in an accident that forced him to stop.
In both finals, Convers got the eight position, gaining good scores which takes him to the ninth position of the Championship.
