Great deal of progress for the Kosmic Kart Racing Department at the 25th edition of the Winter Cup, where our material gains the second position in OKJ.
The 25th edition of the Winter Cup taking place at the South Garda Karting in Lonato comes to an end with excellent results in the OK and OKJ categories for the Kosmic Kart Racing Department.
Our drivers manage to make the most of our Kosmic Mercury R powered by Vortex, gaining also the second step of the OKJ podium thanks to Freddie Slater of the Ricky Flynn Motorsport team.
In OK, Luigi Coluccio closes a wonderful weekend with a sixth position in Final, where the Italian fights hard with the first reaching the third position. Besides this, Luigi also centres a third position in the Super Heat and other results in top ten in the heats, even though they are damaged by some penalties.
Good also for Ville Malja, who, despite a discrete start in the qualifying and a withdrawal, he does not lose heart and carries out a wonderful 12-position comeback in the Super Heat.
Also in OKJ, Alexander Gubenko runs a very good Winter Cup. The Russian carries out an excellent comeback in the Qualifying Heats allowing him to recover, in the end, 23 positions totally compared to the qualifying practices. In the Super Heat, he overtakes other 9 opponents, reaching the third position and ending with another great performance in Final, gaining the eighth position before being penalized.
The first race of the year is very good for Liu Ruiqi who nearly gets the access to the final thanks to his excellent Super Heat. Ville Malja, instead, has to come to terms with two withdrawals compromising his weekend. Forced stop for Ean Eyckmans due to injury.
The Kosmic Kart Racing Department is now ready for the second round of the WSK Super Master Series, starting this weekend at the South Garda Karting in Lonato (Italy).
This time too, will be on track with our drivers engaged in the OK and OKJ categories.
