WSK Master Series has excellently begun for our team which conquered a deserved podium (second position) in KF3 category with Pedro Hiltbrand. The result came right after a fight for the title between our driver and the British Oikeeffe (FA Kart-Vortex-Vega).
Even though weather conditions made the track sometimes wet and sometimes dry, our driver Hiltbrand always raced in the top positions, confirming once more the very good impression shown on the occasion of the recent Winter Cup. La Conca has been the cradle of a new driver, too, the very young Malaysian Daim Hishammudin, well integrated into the team and anxious to compete in this International field. In the category with the gear shift, KZ1, our technical staff as well as the driver, Armand Convers, went through the setting of the Mercury chassis Vortex RVXX powered for the next debut in the Euro Series, within fifteen days. As previously said, because of the rain we were no allowed to clearly show the high potential in our hands.
In KF2 class, too, our drivers considered this event as a test during a competition, to be better prepared for the Euro Series’ debut. Furthermore, on the occasion of the WSK Master’s competition also Paolo Ippolito, a new entry Italian driver, had his debut in the category.

Olivier Marechal – Team Manager of the Kosmic Kart Racing Department:
“Weather condition did not help, we faced this competition with the hope to have a test on dry track conditions, in order to have almost the same as it should be in Sarno, for the first Euro Series’ competition. However, Hiltbrand and the very good results he obtained in the KF3 category are still a positive confirmation to us.
We had the opportunity to concentrate on some aspects to better develop our technical material, we have performing engines and chassis, at top level, so what I can expect from the coming season is to have positive results only”
