The little luck of our drivers Drugovich and Collet in the European Championship for KFJ is balanced by the Roosens’ leadership (VDK Racing team) Basz and Backman recover after a difficult qualifying phase Basz got good scores for the overall ranking until catching up to eighth place in the final Race and European Championship’s rankings

KFJ. In the English race, what we missed in KFJ category was continuity.
At the PFInternational circuit both our Drugovich and Collet showed high-level performance but, unfortunately, their potential and that of their chassis, was not evident because of some collisions and some events, which prevented us from expressing ourselves on our usual standards. Despite this, leader of the European Championship in KFJ class is a driver on a Kosmic Kart, Kenny Roosens of the VDK Racing team.
Collet in the heats got a fifth, two spectacular third and a fourteenth place. The latter performance sent him to eleventh place in the ranking at the end of the heats.
Drugovich recovered after a qualifying that saw him in thirty-fifth place, with determined and effective performance. Felipe has always been able to enter the top ten list at the end of each heat, finishing with the seventeenth place in the ranking.
Drugovich’s success continued in the pre-final, with a comeback that led the Brazilian in eighth position.
The final was less brilliant and featured by numerous intense battles, where Collet and Drugovich failed to free themselves from the harsh brawl.
And just Drugovich got penalized by ten seconds for exceeding during one of the many duels.
Kenny Roosens, at the wheel of the Kosmic Kart, with a strong recovery in the final, took seventh place thus keeping the lead of the overall standings, followed closely by Novalak and Martono.

KF. The second European test for our drivers, Karol Basz and Jessica Backman did not begin in the best way because of qualifications that saw Basz closing in the twentieth and Backman in thirty-fifth place.
In the heats our drivers showed a clear increase in performance, improving the position of qualifying, with Basz who ended the last two heats in fourth place.
In the pre-final Basz performed a positive comeback, well supported by his MERCURY MY15-Vortex, entering the top ten.
In the final Basz entered the top positions, struggling and after some tough comparisons he crossed the finishing line in eighth place.
Jessica Backman, after withdrawing in the pre-final, recovered of eight places in the final and finished twenty-fourth.
With eight points earned in the English race, Basz takes the thirteenth place in the overall ranking.
